Every expert listed on the Mosaic Marketplace has passed a structured, five-stage vetting process designed to ensure professional credibility, cultural competency, and ethical integrity. This framework exists to protect our users and uphold the standards of the platform.

A note from the Founder
Anthony Etukudoh is the Founder of Mosaic and a Cultural Relationship Strategist. He designs the frameworks and tools that power Mosaic's learning experience. He does not provide one-to-one coaching sessions through the platform. The vetting process described on this page was designed by Anthony to ensure that every expert who works with Mosaic users meets a consistent standard of professional excellence and cultural competency. Mosaic does not replace regulatory boards. All therapists and coaches remain independently licensed and accountable to their governing bodies.
Every expert profile on Mosaic displays one of two clearly labelled status designations.
New experts who have passed all four vetting stages and are building their track record on the platform.
Experts who have completed probation with consistently positive feedback and zero ethical concerns.
All five stages must be completed in sequence. Failure at any stage results in the application being paused or declined.
Mandatory for all applicants
Every expert who applies to join the Mosaic Marketplace must submit professional documentation confirming their credentials and regulatory status. Applicants self-certify that their credentials are valid and current. This stage is non-negotiable and applies to all applicants regardless of experience level or reputation.
Mosaic does not independently verify credentials with regulatory bodies. Applicants are responsible for ensuring their credentials are current and valid. All therapists and coaches remain independently licensed and fully accountable to their own governing bodies. Mosaic users should verify coach credentials directly with the relevant regulatory authority in the coach's country of practice.
Assessing intercultural awareness and practice
Mosaic serves intercultural and multicultural couples navigating complex identity, family, and communication dynamics. Practitioners must demonstrate genuine cultural competency, not merely awareness, before working with our users.
Applicants who demonstrate surface-level or performative cultural awareness without substantive practice experience will not advance to the next stage.
Understanding the Mosaic methodology
Mosaic is built on a proprietary set of frameworks designed by Anthony Etukudoh, Founder and Cultural Relationship Strategist. Experts joining the platform are expected to understand and apply these frameworks in their practice, ensuring a consistent and coherent experience for users across all touchpoints.
Framework orientation does not require experts to abandon their existing therapeutic modalities. It equips them to contextualise their practice within Mosaic's cultural architecture.
Commitment to professional and cultural integrity
Before any expert is listed on the Mosaic Marketplace, they must formally sign and acknowledge four binding agreements. These documents set the ethical and professional standard for all practice conducted through the platform.
Breach of any signed agreement may result in immediate suspension from the platform and referral to the relevant professional regulatory body.
A transparent pathway to full verification
All new experts who successfully complete Stages 1 through 4 are listed on the Mosaic Marketplace under a Probationary status. This transparent system protects users while giving new experts the opportunity to build a verified track record on the platform.
Upon meeting all criteria, experts are elevated to "Fully Verified Mosaic Expert" status — a designation that signals sustained professional excellence and cultural competency to users across the platform.
If you are a qualified therapist, counsellor, or relationship coach with intercultural experience and a commitment to the highest professional standards, we invite you to apply. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis by the Mosaic team.
