About Mosaic

A structured ecosystem built around frameworks that work.

Mosaic is not a collection of generic relationship tips. It is a carefully designed platform built on original frameworks, culturally informed methodology, and a deep commitment to the couples the mainstream industry has consistently overlooked.

Why Mosaic Exists

Many of us grew up learning how to survive, not how to relate. We were taught how to respect elders, how to endure hardship, and how to keep family matters inside the house. But very few of us were taught how to talk openly, how to handle disagreement, how to express love, or how to heal when relationships begin to struggle.

Anthony Etukudoh, the Founder of Mosaic, lived this reality firsthand. Growing up within an African cultural context and later building a life and family in Germany, he witnessed the quiet struggles that many couples carry: the tension between duty and desire, between cultural expectation and personal need, between what love was taught to look like and what it actually feels like to be truly seen by a partner.

His professional journey began in technology and agile project management, where he spent years as a Scrum Master, mastering the art of optimising complex systems to achieve clear, measurable outcomes. He understood how to map dependencies, identify bottlenecks, and build frameworks that helped teams move from confusion to clarity.

But he noticed something striking: while businesses had detailed manuals for success, many families, particularly in African diaspora and multicultural communities, were operating without any roadmap at all. Couples were struggling in silence. Parents were passing on patterns they had never chosen. The relationship support tools that existed were built almost entirely for a different audience.

Driven by this gap, Anthony deepened his expertise through professional counselling training with the Institute of Counselling (UK), completing the programme in Working with Couples and Families in Counselling. He began merging the precision of systems thinking with the depth of psychological safety, and in doing so developed a body of original frameworks that now power the entire Mosaic platform.

Those frameworks were first published in two foundational guides: What We Were Never Told About Love and Family and the Couples Communication Guide: How to Speak Your Truth Without Starting a War. Both books form the intellectual foundation of every module, assessment, exercise, and prompt inside Mosaic.

The Founder's Role

Architect, not practitioner

Anthony's role within Mosaic is that of a platform architect and strategic thinker. He does not provide regular one-to-one coaching sessions inside the app. Live sessions and therapeutic support are delivered exclusively by the vetted, culturally informed experts listed in the Coaching Marketplace. Anthony's focus is the design of the system those experts operate within.

Vision & Philosophy

Anthony defines the intellectual and ethical foundation of Mosaic: the beliefs about culture, identity, and relationship health that shape every feature, framework, and user experience on the platform.

Framework Architecture

He designs and owns all of Mosaic's core proprietary frameworks: the Cultural DNA Assessment, the Loyalty Map, the Survival Mode Conversation Protocol, the In-Law Dynamic Index, and the Financial Culture Mapping tool.

Learning Pathway Design

Anthony structures the progression of every learning module, determining how content is sequenced, how skills are built, and how users move from awareness to practical change across the platform.

Expert Standards & Curation

He sets the ethical and cultural standards that every coach and therapist on the Mosaic marketplace must meet. All experts are vetted and approved against these standards before being listed.

Product Direction

Anthony oversees the strategic direction of the platform, including AI personalisation logic, feature prioritisation, and the long-term roadmap for how Mosaic evolves to serve its community.

Thought Leadership & Partnerships

Through his writing, speaking, and strategic relationships, Anthony positions Mosaic as the leading platform for intercultural relationship support, building the ecosystem that makes the platform's mission sustainable.

The Gap We Fill

The relationship support industry is large and growing. But it has a profound blind spot. The vast majority of apps, books, and programmes are built for white, Western, heterosexual, and often Christian couples. Multicultural couples, African diaspora families, interracial partnerships, and immigrant households are largely invisible in the existing landscape, despite facing some of the most complex relational dynamics of any group.

Mosaic was built to change that. The name itself reflects our belief: that the most beautiful relationships are not those where two people become the same, but those where two distinct cultural identities learn to honour each other, communicate across difference, and build something genuinely their own.

We combine the rigour of systems thinking with the warmth of culturally informed counselling practice. Our Cultural Identity Assessment helps couples understand the invisible forces shaping their communication. Our content modules address the real challenges that intercultural couples face: in-laws and divided loyalty, money and respect, religion and control, the silence that grows when love is expressed only through duty. Our coaching marketplace connects users with therapists and coaches who share or deeply understand their cultural background.

Our Mission & Values

Emotional Safety First

Every feature, every prompt, and every module is designed to create the conditions where both partners feel safe enough to be honest. Without safety, even love feels risky.

Culturally Informed

We do not offer generic advice. We acknowledge that culture, upbringing, faith, and family history shape how people love, argue, and heal, and we build tools that reflect that reality.

Skills Over Feelings

Healthy communication is not a personality trait. It is a learnable skill. We treat relationship health as something that can be practised, improved, and mastered, not just felt.

Connection Over Performance

We are not here to help couples look good. We are here to help them feel genuinely close. The goal is not to win conversations; it is to understand each other more clearly.

Privacy & Dignity

Relationship struggles are deeply personal. We are committed to handling every piece of data, every conversation, and every user interaction with the highest standards of privacy and respect.

Rooted in Europe, Built for the World

Based in Germany and operating under European data protection standards, Mosaic serves a global community of couples who deserve tools built with care, rigour, and cultural intelligence.

The Founder

Anthony Etukudoh

Anthony Etukudoh, Founder of Mosaic
Founder & Cultural Relationship Strategist

Anthony Etukudoh is the Founder of Mosaic and a Cultural Relationship Strategist. He designs the frameworks and tools that power Mosaic's learning experience, helping intercultural couples navigate love, family, and identity across borders.

His background spans agile systems design, professional counselling training with the Institute of Counselling (UK), and the authorship of two foundational guides on intercultural relationship dynamics. Based in Germany, he brings both the analytical rigour of a systems thinker and the cultural fluency of someone who has lived at the intersection of multiple worlds.

Anthony does not provide one-to-one coaching sessions through the platform. His role is to design the ecosystem: the frameworks, the learning architecture, the ethical standards, within which Mosaic's vetted experts operate.
